FDR park zone 6

Bernie Sanders' campaign has brought massive public attention to the fact that the United States Government is an Oligarchy, not a Democracy. Through this campaign millions of people are standing up to say Enough is Enough and we are demanding our Democratic Rights - that OUR voice be represented by our government, not just billionaire campaign or SuperPAC contributors. But our Revolution has been met with a remarkably UNdemocratic display of resistance from the very beginning of this Primary election. Our request for more Democratic Debates was unjustly denied, our candidate blacked out by the media, our voting rights illegitimately revoked, our votes suppressed, and our elections repeatedly stolen. More than ever it is clear, this is not a Democracy. This event will give us the opportunity to grieve for the death of the Democracy we once thought we lived in, and to draw attention to our Revolution demanding that true Democracy be reborn. We will gather for a somber candlelight vigil to symbolically pay our respects to our beloved and deeply missed, the dearly departed, Democracy. Please join us. Details TBD.
